Marryl Crafts 2015 Creative Team Call – Philippines 5 comments

Creative Team Call – Philippines is on!

It’s only been four months or so since we’ve launched our Marryl Crafts clear stamps and it has brought so much joy to create these stamps and connect with other crafters, planners and Creatives all over the world. We’re just so grateful for the opportunity to do this. We’ve been very blessed to have two of our Creative Team members: Rachel of therachmark on instagram and The Rachel Mark.  We also have Ruthie of threadofhearts on Instagram. Both have shared so much valuable planner inspiration for all our planner friends. Incidentally, both are from the US. We’re just so lucky to have these two lovely ladies on board our small family of Creatives.

With the release of the two new stamp sets: Happy Day and Joyful Planning, we thought it would be fun to have another Creative Team member from the Philippines to join our family. For the first Creative Team Call a couple of months ago, all our Creative members that were chosen were from abroad. Since we are based here in the Philippines, we thought it’d be appropriate to also add another member from our country.

This time, we’re looking for someone not just into planners but also into papercrafts, card-making and pocket-scrapbooking / memory-keeping.

We are looking for someone who loves to take good quality pictures of his/her project. Someone who is passionate about creating and sharing inspiration.  It’s all about taking bright,well-composed pictures and sharing inspiration on social media,

Weekly Planner Lists using ‘Heartstrings’ Stamps 1 comment

Hello crafters! My name is Rachel a.k.a. therachmark on Instagram. I was lucky enough to be chosen by Marryl to be a member of her creative team a few months ago! I am currently a little obsessed with stamping, but especially stamping in my planner. It is a cost effective and creative way to create the exact layout that you want!
Each week, there are a few things that I like to track: my weekly to-do list, my weekly goals, my incoming and outgoing mail, people I need to contact and a list of things I may need to buy. On two pieces of blank inserts, I wrote ‘this week’ on the top and then stamped in my different headers from Marryl Crafts Heartstrings stamp set. The to-do and goals are on the left side since they take up more room and I find them most important as I go about my week. Then on the right, I stamped the happy mail, telephone and shopping bag stamps onto page flag stickers and used the heart border to block off each section.
I decided to fill it in with my weekly info, but you could also laminate these pages and use a dry-erase marker so you can fill it in for each week! I also added a journal card with some hearts stamped in a list format with the grateful stamp in the corner so that I can write in some happy things that happened to me this week. Marryl’s tiny double heart checklists are some of my favorites because they are small enough to fit into inserts that have tiny lines on them like these Filofax pages.
The VersaMagic Dew Drop Chalk Inks are my favorites for stamping because they add some lovely color, but also do not bleed through most inserts. This weekly checklist has helped me stay on track for the week since usually a lot of this information ends up scattered on various sticky notes in my multiple planners. I hope you could take some inspiration from how I used these stamps! If you would like to see more posts from me using Marryl’s stamps, please let us know and we will plan some more!
I would love to see how you use #MarrylStamps in your planner, so be sure to tag me and Marryl on Instagram! What are some things you track weekly?
